Jennifer Butcher

Jennifer Butcher is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Windsor, Colorado since September 2018, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Independent Living, Inc. and Senior Housing Assistance Group (SHAG) from January 2011 to April 2018, focusing on affordable senior housing. Additionally, Jennifer's career began at Soundbuilt Homes, where responsibilities transitioned from supporting the Senior Vice President in Accounting Operations to becoming the Accounting Manager and later the Human Resource Manager.
