Rebekah Asuncion Ma, Shrm-Scp

Rebekah Asuncion is currently serving as the Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner at Towne Insurance since September 2023. Prior to this, Rebekah held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at the Virginia Department of Health from June 2017 to July 2023. In their various roles, Rebekah has demonstrated expertise in HR functions including recruitment, compensation, policy guidance, employee relations, and more. Rebekah holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management from Regent University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Leo University.
