Andrew Kerin

Andrew Kerin is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Managers of Towne Park. Andrew is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience leading business services companies.

Prior to joining Towne Park, he served as CEO of Brightview, the nation’s leading provider of commercial landscape design, construction, and maintenance services with over $2.2 billion in revenue and 23,000 team members. As CEO, Andrew led the organization to record revenue and profitability by focusing on building an engaged team that created world-class outdoor environments for the hospitality, retail, healthcare, education and corporate sectors.

Previously, Andrew served as Group President, Aramark Global Food, Hospitality and Facility Services, a $12 billion business, where he led a team of more than 200,000 associates in over 20 countries delivering food, facilities and hospitality services to multiple industries including education, business, healthcare and sports and entertainment. Prior to joining Aramark, he was a Vice President with Ogden Facility Services.

Andrew earned a BA degree from Fordham University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He serves on the board of directors of Arrow Electronics, a global provider of products, services and solutions for enterprise computing solutions. Previously, Andrew has served on the Board of Trustees for Fordham University and City Year, Inc., where he was honored in Philadelphia as the “2011 Idealist of the Year.”
