Sarah Vertus

Sarah Vertus, MBA, is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Towne Park since June 2024, Sarah previously held senior accounting roles at UHS and Clean Earth, Inc. A strong foundation in corporate accounting was established during tenures at Entercom and Pearl Companies, where responsibilities included managing financial closings and major project implementations. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Specialist of Financial Reporting at FleishmanHillard, and work as an Accountant/Auditor at the Bucks County Controller's Office, where compliance and auditing were key functions. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University.
