Chad Gilvin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad currently serves as the Vice President at The Townsend Corporation, where they are responsible for overseeing corporate logistics. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2016, they held the position of General Manager (US Distribution) at Spectra Premium Industries, where they managed the day-to-day operations of a multichannel distribution network. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Transportation and Distribution at 101 INC from 2013 to 2014, where they provided leadership to the transportation division and developed strategic indicators for cost management. From 2009 to 2013, they were the General Manager at Heritage Transport LLC, where they focused on transportation sales and cost management. Chad also served as the Senior Director of Operations at MKM Distribution Services from 2006 to 2010, overseeing multiple facilities and managing customer operations. At the start of their career, from 2000 to 2006, they held various roles at Exel, including Operations Manager, Hiring and Training Manager, and Quality Manager.
