Garth Warner's work experience begins in 1983 as a Security Officer at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, where they worked until 1985. Garth then became a Police Officer at the Highspire Borough Police Department from April to September 1985 before moving to the South Londonderry Township Police Department as a Police Officer from September 1985 to March 1988. Following this, they joined the Derry Township Police Department as a Police Officer, where they worked until March 2012. In March 2012, Garth Warner became the Lieutenant at the Township of Derry until they were promoted to Chief of Police in March 2016. Currently, their tenure as Chief of Police is ongoing.
Garth Warner obtained their High School Diploma in 1983 from Hershey High School, where they focused on College Prep courses. In 1985, they attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College for a short period and received an Act 120 Certification/Municipal Police Academy degree in Municipal Law Enforcement.
