Toyo Kohan Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel sheet products. The Company has three segments. The Steel Sheet segment engages in the manufacture and sales of steel sheets, processed products such as materials for cans, materials for electrical and electronic parts, materials for construction and home appliances, materials for automobile parts and industrial machinery parts, as well as functional films as materials for laminated steel sheets. The Functional Material segment engages in the manufacture and sale of aluminum substrates for magnetic disks and optical functional films, as materials for the electronic equipment. The Others segment engages in the manufacture and sale of steel strips for packing materials, as well as machineries and hard alloys, as mechanical parts. As of March 31, 2014, the Company has four subsidiaries.
