Vincent Frontera

Vincent Frontera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as President of Toyoda Gosei Americas since January 2013. In this role, Vincent oversees Toyoda Gosei Rubber Mexico, focusing on managing daily operations and long-term activities to ensure alignment with corporate expectations. Prior positions include Plant Manager, where responsibility encompassed daily operations and strategic execution, and Process Development Specialist, dedicated to implementing best manufacturing practices for Functional Engineered Rubber products. Vincent's career began at United Parcel Service as a Supervisor, followed by significant roles at Sumitomo Rubber USA and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where expertise in production management and quality control was developed. Vincent holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Erie Community College and further education from the University at Buffalo.
