Theo Spencer

Theo Spencer is an experienced professional in automotive engineering and design, currently serving as a contributor for The Brothers Brick since March 2022 and as an electrical designer with TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team Oy since March 2021. Previous roles include suspension lead, low voltage electronics lead, and business manager at UH Racing from August 2018 to August 2020, alongside a position as an online postgraduate student ambassador at the University of Hertfordshire during the same period. Theo has completed virtual internships with GE in data analytics and digital technology enterprise, enhancing skills in data manipulation and business improvement systems. Earlier experience includes a development engineering placement at Delphi and roles with Showstars and Cu Connected. Theo holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, where studies were focused on automotive engineering with motorsport.
