Michelle also holds an Executive Human Resources Certificate from California State University - East Bay, obtained in May 2017. In July 2003, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from AT&T. Furthermore, Michelle is a certified DISC practitioner, accredited by Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in January 1998. Lastly, they are also a Certified Integral Coach, having completed the program at New Ventures West in May 1995.
