Since March 2009, Johan has held multiple managerial positions at Toyota Motor Europe, focusing on purchasing raw materials, equipment, tooling, and new projects, while also leading efforts in supplier cost reduction and sourcing project management. Prior experience includes project engineering roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK and various engineering positions at Toyota and Nissan, emphasizing production process design, quality development, and simultaneous engineering. Johan holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Lille.
