Mustafa Eser

Mustafa Eser currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Business Planning at Toyota Motor Europe, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mustafa Eser was involved in various capacities within the Toyota organization, including Production Control Vehicle Planning at Toyota Motor Corporation from September 2023 to July 2025 and Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Planning at Toyota Motor Europe from April 2021 to September 2023. Additional experience includes managerial and engineering roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey and System Development Engineer at Toyota Motors Corporation in Japan. Mustafa Eser began a career in the automotive sector after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University between 1994 and 1998.
