Dariusz Mikolajczak has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dariusz started their career at Volvo Bus Corporation as a Production Control/Quality Engineer before moving on to Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems as a Production Manager. At Metzeler, they managed two plants and held overall plant management responsibility. In 2000, Mikolajczak joined Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland as a Vice President of Manufacturing and later became the Vice President Corporate Affairs. Dariusz then took on the role of General Manager at Toyota Motor Corporation before returning to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland as the Corporate VP and Jelcz Plant Director. Currently, they serve as the President of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland, where they manage two plant locations and approximately 3300 employees.
Dariusz Mikolajczak completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 1989 to 1995. In 2007, they attended The Wharton School to complete an Executive Development Program in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have also undergone training in the Toyota Production System (Lean Manufacturing) at the Toyota Institute, although the specific years of this experience were not provided.
