Naven Govender

Naven Govender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Toyota Component Manufacturing at Toyota South Africa since August 2007. Throughout a distinguished career, Naven has held multiple leadership roles, including General Manager for Supplier Purchasing Engineering and Regional Research and Development, responsible for supplier development and technical product planning. Prior experience includes key positions in project planning and engineering at both Toyota South Africa and Toyota Motor Corporation. Naven holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS Business School and a T4 Mechanical Engineering degree from ML SULTAN (DUT). Additionally, Naven has completed a program at the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business.
