Julie Løkkegaard has extensive work experience in strategy, HR, communications, and CSR. Julie started their career at Region Nordjylland as a student employee in 2014. In 2014, they also worked as a CSR student assistant and Master Thesis student at J. Lauritzen A/S. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a CSR Assistant at J. Lauritzen A/S. In 2017, they joined TP Aerospace as a Communications & CSR Manager, where they established a central communications and sustainability function. Julie then progressed to the role of Global HR, CSR & Communications Manager, responsible for developing HR processes and procedures and building a global HR organization across multiple regions. Julie currently holds the position of Director of Strategy, HR & Communications at TP Aerospace since September 2020.
Julie Løkkegaard completed their education at Aalborg University, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Communication from 2010 to 2013. Julie then pursued further studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Culture, Communication & Globalisation with a focus on Organisation and Leadership from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at San Diego State University in 2012, specifically studying Organizational Leadership for a short period.
