Jim Rubadue

Jim Rubadue has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in various companies. Jim is currently the Chief Operating Officer at TPA Stream, an insurtech software company based in Cleveland, OH. Prior to this, Jim served as the Chief Operating Officer at OnShift, where they evaluated and implemented migration strategies, reorganized sales teams, and led the GTM strategy for new products and services. Jim also held the role of Executive Vice President of Product Development and Services at OnShift, responsible for the company's overall P&L. Jim's previous experience includes roles such as Chief Customer Officer at OnShift, Vice President of Customer Success at OnShift, Vice President of Client Delivery at Tahzoo, and various roles at KeyBank and Woodrich Furniture Co. Jim also worked as a Consultant at Cap Gemini.
