Magdalena Tuchowska

Magdalena Tuchowska has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and administration. Magdalena is currently serving as the Head of People (HR & Admin) at Tpay since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CONTMAN from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of HR Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for creating HR strategies, talent management, performance management, and full life-cycle recruitment processes.

From 2019 to 2020, Magdalena worked at HR Influencers as an HRI High Potentials member. Previously, they were associated with Netguru from 2012 to 2017, where they served as a Team Leader of Operations Team/HR Project Manager and later as an HR Operations Manager. In these roles, they focused on developing internal HR departments, improving employee experiences, and managing payroll and administration processes.

Magdalena Tuchowska completed their postgraduate studies in Human Resources, Personnel & Payroll from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Education Studies with Health Promotion and Sociotherapy, along with Adult Learning, from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, spanning from 2007 to 2012. Apart from their formal education, Magdalena Tuchowska has also obtained several certifications, including an Honourable mention in the TOP HR Manager in Action 2018 from Wolters Kluwer Polska, a Human Resources Tool - MBS in Practice certification from DGA S.A. in 2013, and an International DiSC Everything Manager certification from Inscape Publishing in 2013.
