Rasheena Atkins, CPHR, SHRM SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Currently, they hold a prominent position as the VP of People and Culture at TPD®, where they oversee various HR solutions. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of HR Solutions and Director of HR Solutions at the same company.

Before joining TPD®, Rasheena worked as a Consultant at The Adecco Group. During this time, they provided expertise in various HR areas on a contractual basis.

Rasheena also has experience at The Search Party, where they worked as the Partnerships Manager and Country Manager. Here, they developed and managed partnerships while overseeing operations in the country.

Rasheena'scareer started at First Advantage, where they served as the Director of Sales for several years. In this role, they led a sales team and was responsible for selling background screening and online behavioral/skill testing solutions to Canadian employers. Rasheena also played a vital role in various cross-functional teams, contributing to international bids, forecasting, marketing initiatives, and product development.

Rasheena Atkins, CPHR, SHRM SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University. Rasheena also has a Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Seneca College. In addition to their formal education, Rasheena has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in July 2019. Rasheena is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) through the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA).
