Patrick Murphy

Patrick Murphy is a skilled Transmission Network Surveillance Engineer at AAPT since January 2008, focusing on supervision and fault rectification of various transmission networks including Huawei, Marconi, Nokia, and Nortel equipment, as well as Lucent and Cisco DSLAMs. Prior to this, Patrick served as a Project Manager at Primus from January 2006 to January 2008, overseeing capacity deployment and network rearrangements while managing orders for wholesale telecommunications services. Earlier experience includes a role at Telstra from November 1993 to November 1998, where supervision of Optical Fibre and Radio transmission routes for NSW was maintained on a 24/7 rotating shift. Patrick holds an Advanced Certificate of Telecommunications from Telstra Training College in Sydney, Australia, and completed education at Pennant Hills High School.
