Melissa brings over 20 years in Customer Service, Sales, and Sales Operations. She holds an MA in Business Management and has been with TPG for over 3 years.
As the Vice President of Customer Success, Melissa has oversight to the strategy and execution of the Customer Success Team. She collaborates with the executive team to refine the company’s customer success strategy and then lead the execution of this strategy to transform the way the customers achieve success and drive their adoption and expansion as related to Anna and the TPG CX Platform.
Melissa, and her Customer Success Team, are laser focused on consistently delighting customers through driving product adoption, usage and, most importantly, value from the CX Platform and Anna. Customer Success ensures that every phase, from onboarding to renewal, customers are driving outcomes and receiving best in class experience, resulting in long-term partnerships, account growth, and advocacy.
Melissa has a passion for determining the most optimal way to leverage data to enhance processes and dialogues to better enable the front-line teams and drive results for the customers.
