Abhijeet Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Abhijeet is currently serving as the Director of Quality at TPI Composites, Inc., where they play a crucial role in leading overall quality and new project launches. Prior to this, Abhijeet was the Head of Quality at GE Renewable Energy (LM Windpower Blades) from 2017 to 2019.

Before joining GE Renewable Energy, Abhijeet held various managerial positions at Tata Motors, where they served as the Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager Quality, and Manager Quality from 2010 to 2017. Abhijeet was responsible for ensuring quality standards in the automotive industry.

Additionally, Abhijeet worked as the Manager of Quality at Escorts Limited from 2008 to 2010 and as a Deputy Manager at Ashok Leyland Ltd from 2005 to 2008. Abhijeet began their career as an Engineer-QA at Super Auto (I) Ltd, where they gained valuable experience before moving up the ranks.

Throughout their career, Abhijeet has demonstrated expertise in quality management, program management, field service, and new project launches. Abhijeet possesses strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the industry.

Abhijeet Kumar completed their B.E degree in Mechanical from Maharshi Dayanand University from 1998 to 2002. Abhijeet then pursued a PGDBM in Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2006 to 2009. Later, they obtained a Post Graduate diploma in Energy Management from MIT School of Distance Education from 2019 to 2020. Abhijeet Kumar also holds additional certifications such as APQP4 Wind Specialist from DNV GL obtained in January 2020, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification. Abhijeet has also completed the Train the Trainer program from Dale Carnegie.
