Yıldızfer Altın

Yıldızfer Altın has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Quality Systems Engineer at TürkTraktör until 2006. Yıldızfer then moved on to MIKES Microwave Electronic Systems, where they served as a Subcontract Administrator from 2006 to 2008. Following this, Yıldızfer joined ALKEG Energy as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2012.

In 2012, they began working at TPI Composites, Inc. as an Engineering Program Manager, contributing to the start-up and ramp-up of the GE48.7 and NR58.5 programs until 2014. Yıldızfer continued their journey at TPI Composites, taking on various roles, including Engineering Manager from 2014 to 2017 and Global Technical Program Manager from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Director of Global Supplier Quality, and subsequently in 2022, they were promoted to VP of Global Quality, their current position.

Throughout their career, Yıldızfer has demonstrated expertise in quality management, engineering, program management, and project leadership, working in both technical and managerial capacities.

Yıldızfer Altın completed a degree in Industrial Engineering at Middle East Technical University from 2000 to 2004.
