Christina B.

Christina B. has extensive work experience in quality management and engineering roles. Christina is currently the Director of Quality at TPI Composites, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing quality processes and standards. Prior to this, Christina worked at Mersen as the EV Global Quality Manager, where they developed and implemented a quality roadmap for all electric vehicle manufacturing sites worldwide. Christina also served as a Senior Quality & Project Engineer, focusing on EV and IATF standards. Before joining Mersen, Christina worked at OSRAM SYLVANIA as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and Incoming Inspection Department Manager. Christina also has experience as a Quality Manager at Lakes Region Manufacturing. Early in their career, Christina worked at Freudenberg-NOK as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Engineer, where they were responsible for product design, tool design, manufacturing troubleshooting, and customer claim management. Christina also worked as an Associate Engineer and CAD Designer, handling project management, testing, and CAD designs.
