Kamran Akram Bakhshi

Kamran Akram Bakhshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and agricultural sectors. As the Head of Rural Banking at Meezan Bank Limited since June 2022, Kamran has been instrumental in enhancing rural financial services. Kamran founded and serves as the CEO of Livestock Smart (Private) Ltd and Inxure Hub Private Limited, the latter being an insurance broker company. Additionally, Kamran holds the position of Advisor for Agriculture Insurance at TPL Insurance and has established Triple Is (Pvt) Ltd., aimed at advancing information, intelligence, and integration in development through consultancy and digital platforms. Kamran's earlier roles include Insurance Consultant at Crop Reporting Services for the Government of Punjab and CEO/Managing Partner at Pakistan Agriculture Research. Before these positions, Kamran worked for over three decades at the State Bank of Pakistan, culminating as Additional Director of Agricultural Credit Policy Division. Education includes attendance at St. Pauls School Karachi.
