Chad Reynolds

Chad Reynolds is an experienced project manager with a strong background in unified communication and contact center solutions within SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS environments. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at TPx since January 2022, Chad has previously held roles including MiCloud Connect Cloud Project Manager at Mitel and Implementation Specialist at both Crexendo Business Solutions and Mitel. Chad possesses adept skills in project management, prioritization, and problem-solving across complex scenarios, along with expertise in telephone number porting and Salesforce. Earlier roles include project management and systems engineering at Vertical Communications and Inter-Tel Technologies, as well as an IT administrator position at CYMA Systems and customer service at Federal-Mogul. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Advancing Technology, earned between 1994 and 1997.
