Jared Martin

Jared Martin serves as TPx’s Chief Product Officer responsible for all product and portfolio management. He works closely with service providers and vendor partners to ensure that TPx offers solutions that give businesses a better way to manage their IT requirements.

Jared Martin joined TPx in 2011, and currently, he serves as Senior Vice President of TPx’s Product Portfolio with responsibility over the creation of TPx’s products and services and customer experience, including the TPx customer portal.

Jared has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, engineering, solutions sales, product development, and cybersecurity. He joined TPx from Tel West Communications where he led Tel West’s technology initiatives and product development.

Prior to Tel West, he co-founded a managed IT services provider in Texas, grew it to significant revenue, and sold it to Tel West in 2008. Jared has been a technology leader in driving change and adoption of new technologies, such as Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN). He is always looking for new ways to use technologies that are outside of the box, and to influence TPx to innovate and be a cutting-edge provider of managed services.

In 2016, Jared took charge of TPx’s new MSx line of business, formed as a result of the merger of TelePacific and DSCI. This brought Jared back to his roots of providing managed services and a consultative sales approach to customers. Jared studied Management Information Systems at the University of Arizona.
