Michael Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Michael worked at TPx Communications as the Vice President of Sales Enablement, Development, and Partner Programs from 2021 to present. Prior to that, they held the same position at TPx Communications and was responsible for sales enablement and development.

Before joining TPx Communications, Lambert was the Group Director of Global Sales Enablement at Mitel from 2017 to 2020. During their tenure, they implemented a new sales methodology and developed onboarding academies for critical sales roles, influencing $18M in sales.

From 2014 to 2017, Lambert served as the Director of Education Services at ShoreTel. At Applied Materials, they worked in multiple positions, including Head of Sales Academy, Head of Solar Training Organization, Applied Global Services Curriculum Manager, and 300mm Start Up Expert and Technical Trainer. Michael launched global programs, collaborated with executive leadership, and played a customer-facing role for start-up projects.

Lambert's career began in 1997 as a Network Administrator/Instructor at the State of Arizona: Greenlee and Graham Counties. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student at Binghamton University from 1995 to 1997.

Michael Lambert earned a Master of Arts degree in History from Binghamton University in 1997. In 1998, they completed a Masters degree in Education from the same institution. From 2009 to 2011, they attended The University of Texas at Austin and obtained a MSE EM degree in Engineering & Engineering Management.
