Candice Charles

Candice Charles has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Candice currently holds the position of Head of Talent at TPXimpact, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at FutureGov as a Talent Business Partner and Senior Talent Consultant from January 2021 to October 2021. Their responsibilities at FutureGov included supporting organizations with digital transformation and community development. Before that, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from August 2018 to December 2019, where they played a key role in increasing applications and reducing time to fill positions. Candice also has experience in recruitment within the retail industry, having worked at Sports Direct International as a Regional Resourcing Partner from June 2015 to February 2017, and as an Assistant Manager from August 2013 to June 2015. At Sports Direct, they were responsible for hiring and training employees and improving store performance. Candice began their career at Monsoon Accessorize as an Assistant Manager, managing store operations and leading a team from May 2008 to June 2013.

Candice Charles attended Bishop Douglass RC High School from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. Candice studied Business Studies A Level, English Literature A Level, Theology A Level, and AS Law during their time there.
