Ian Hutchison

Ian Hutchison has extensive experience in organizational design and change operations, currently serving as the Head of Org Design and Change Operations at TPXimpact since June 2018. Prior to this role, Ian worked as a Senior Consultant and operated independently between June 2017 and March 2022. Previous positions include Commissioning Manager at Place2Be and Mental Health Commissioner within the Joint Commissioning Team at Barnet Council and Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group. Ian also served as Joint Commissioner for Integrated Care and held the position of Commissioning Lead for Adults and Communities at the London Borough of Barnet from 2008 to March 2013. An earlier role as an Internal Consultant for Right to Control Barnet further highlights Ian’s diverse expertise in change management and commissioning.
