Laura Billings

Laura Billings serves as the Head of Design Strategy at TPXimpact | B Corp™, leading a team of design experts to foster positive change in the public sector. With a focus on user-centered design and digital transformation, Laura has extensive experience supporting public and third sector organizations in areas such as service efficiency, team organization, policy design, and governance for agile working. Previous roles include Principal Consultant, Communities Lead at Government Digital Service, and Development Partner at Participatory City, among others. Laura co-founded Trade School London and contributed to the Community Lover's Guide to the Universe, showcasing a commitment to community collaboration and innovative solutions. Laura holds a BA Hons (First) in Developmental Psychology from the University of Sussex.
