Ahmad Hamdan, ACP, MSc ESE, currently serves as the Applications and Information Technology Section Head at TQ Pharma since October 2021. Prior to this, Ahmad held the position of ERP Supervisor at MS PHARMA from March 2017 to October 2021, successfully leading the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft D365 and managing master data. Ahmad also worked as an ERP Specialist for Oracle Business R12 at Fine Hygienic Holding, focusing on supply chain modules and business process improvement, and as an ERP & BI Specialist at Fine Hygienic Paper Co. Ltd., responsible for designing data warehouses and developing business intelligence reports. Ahmad began the professional journey at Nuqul Group as an ERP Specialist in EPICOR iScala, supporting users and developing reports. Academically, Ahmad earned a Master of Science degree in Enterprise System Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Al-Hussein Bin Talal University.
