Andrew Fletcher

Andrew Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the plastics and rubber industries. Currently serving as Director of Plastics & Rubber (Commercial & Technical) at TR Fastenings since December 2020, Andrew previously held the position of Managing Director for the Components Division at Optimas Solutions from October 2013 to July 2020, where the annual turnover reached $8.8 million under leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at Heyco Ltd & Anixter Components, overseeing product lifecycles and training a marketing and technical team, and working as a Technical Sales Engineer at Coventry Gauge, managing customer specifications and quotations. Andrew holds an HNC in Polymer Technology from Trowbridge College and additional qualifications in Mechanical & Production Engineering and music and leisure.
