Reem al- Haddad

Reem Al-Haddad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Reem currently holds the position of Medical Affairs Head- GCC at TRPHARM since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Medical Advisor at Novartis Gene Therapies from September 2019 to February 2022. From July 2017 to September 2019, they served as a Medical Science Liaison at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. Reem also has experience in business development, having worked as a Business Development Manager at Mubadala Development Company from July 2011 to June 2012 and in the MENA region for Genpharm Services from September 2015 to July 2017. Additionally, they have had sales and marketing roles focusing on rare and metabolic diseases at Taiba Group/SOBI/Aegerion from April 2013 to September 2015, and as a Professional Medical Representative at AstraZeneca from March 2008 to July 2011. Early in their career, Reem worked as a Marketing and Clinical Specialist at BD from January 2004 to January 2008, where they focused on diabetes care education programs and developing a retail business in the UAE and Arab Peninsula.

Reem Al-Haddad obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from The University of Auckland from 2001 to 2005.
