Dwayne Nonales

Dwayne Nonales has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dwayne currently works at Traba as a Talent leader, responsible for overseeing Talent and HR functions. Prior to this, they were with Kalshi as a Talent leader but was laid off due to a reduction in force. Dwayne has also held positions at Opendoor, Twitter, Fynd Talent, Prosum, Randstad, AT&T, US Navy, and Fry's Electronics. At Opendoor, they served as a Technical Recruiting Manager and a Lead Technical Recruiter, focusing on R&D, Pricing Engineering, and Sourcing. While at Twitter, Dwayne worked as a Technical Recruiter, supporting Revenue Engineering, ML, and Platform organizations. Before their roles in the technology industry, they co-founded Fynd Talent and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Prosum, Randstad, and Fry's Electronics. Additionally, Dwayne served in the US Navy as an Underway Watch Section & Small Arms Manager. Dwayne began their career in sales as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T.

Dwayne Nonales pursued their education journey starting in 2007 at Mt. San Antonio College, where they studied General Studies. After completing their studies there in 2008, they proceeded to DeVry University from 2013 to 2015. At DeVry, Dwayne pursued a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus on Human Resources Management. Later, they attended the University of La Verne from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Science in Leadership & Management with a specialization in Organizational Development & Human Resource Management.
