Erik Carlson

Erik Carlson's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Erik started their career at Vaultus as a Network Engineer in 2000. Erik then moved to Cendant / Cheaptickets in 2002, where they worked as a Manager of Network and Server Operations. In this role, they managed a team of engineers, coordinated the migration of call center environment, and designed a large-scale high availability Enterprise Data Network. In 2005, Erik joined Teletech as a Senior Manager of IT Engineering, where they managed a team of Voice, Data, and Security engineers and oversaw client launches. Finally, in 2010, they joined Trace3 as a Solutions Architect and later took on the role of Technical Account Manager and VP of Telecom Accounts.

Erik Carlson completed their MBA degree at the University of Denver from 2003 to 2005 and received their BS degree in Accounting/Economics from the University of Arizona from 1989 to 1993. Prior to their higher education, they attended University HS.
