Bruce Sabot has had a diverse career in various leadership roles. Bruce started their career as a Director at Marcam Corporation and worked there for more than a decade. Bruce then joined Marcam Solutions as the Vice President of Customer Operations, where they managed worldwide customer support, customization consulting, and educational services. Bruce then moved to Wonderware Corporation, where they served as the Vice President and General Manager, overseeing a business unit with $30 million in revenue. Bruce also held the role of Vice President, World Wide Customer Support at Wonderware, where they successfully implemented a unified customer support vision. After that, Bruce joined Invensys Production Solutions as the Vice President of Sales and Services Operations, before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development. Bruce later became the Vice President of Sales and Services Operations for North America and Asia Pacific. Following their time at Invensys, Bruce worked at ScerIS, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, where they introduced new procedures and methodologies for delivering solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Bruce then joined Casino City, Inc. as the Director of Sales and Customer Service, where they revamped and expanded the company's operations. Most recently, Bruce worked at ACI Worldwide as the Director of Global HELP24 Customer Support and later as the Head of Global Technical Support at TraceLink. In these roles, they focused on delivering best-in-class support, implementing process improvements, and managing global teams. Overall, Bruce Sabot has had a successful career in leadership positions, consistently driving positive results and delivering excellent customer support.

Bruce Sabot received their BA in Computer Science from Brandeis University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Bruce then pursued an MBA in the High Technology Program at Northeastern University from 1988 to 1990.
