Christine Crudele

Christine Crudele has an extensive work experience as a technical writer. Christine is currently working as a Principal Technical Writer at TraceLink since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DZSi from 2017 to 2021, where they developed and updated UI and API documentation for RIFT. ware. Christine was also involved in the acquisition of RIFT, inc by DZSi in March 2021.

Before joining DZSi, Christine worked at Cisco from 2011 to 2017. During their time at Cisco, they held the positions of Technical Writer III and Technical Writer II. In these roles, they developed new and updated existing content for various technical documentation, including administration guides, CLI references, statistics and counters references, and SNMP MIB references. Christine also worked on user documentation for Cisco gateway and platform products and published books in PDF and HTML formats.

Prior to Cisco, Christine worked at Airvana from 2007 to 2011 as a Technical Writer. In this role, they wrote and edited content for various technical documents related to voice telecommunication software products. Christine conducted information gathering activities, including interviewing engineers and conducting independent research, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Before Airvana, Christine worked at Sun Life from 2004 to 2007. Christine initially worked as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided service for telephone and written inquiries related to life insurance products. Christine also generated correspondence and composed policy summaries for policyholders and agents. Later, they transitioned to the role of Documentation Specialist, where they produced templates, procedures, and manuals for projects and new product launches. Christine also revised documentation methods to improve productivity and lower expenses and assisted the Training department in creating training modules.

In addition to these experiences, Christine briefly worked at Boston Communications Group, INC in 2004 as a Technical Writer, where they collaborated with technical and non-technical personnel to create and maintain various business process documents.

Christine Crudele's education history is as follows. Christine attended Woburn High School from 1995 to 1999. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1999 to 2004. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in French. Christine also obtained a Certificate in Professional Writing and Technical Communication from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Christine has obtained certifications in various fields. Christine obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2022 and the Track & Trace Services Certified Administrator certification from TraceLink in February 2022.
