Jonathan Leblanc

Jonathan LeBlanc has a strong background in developer relations and operations. Jonathan is currently working as the Vice President of Platform Partnerships, Developer Experience, and Customer Education at TraceLink since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Developer Relations and Technical Publications at Box from July 2017 to May 2021, where they led developer operations, relations, and technical writing initiatives, resulting in significant growth of the developer community and ARR.

Before joining Box, Jonathan was the Global Head of Startup/Developer Relations and Operations at PayPal from August 2011 to July 2017. In this role, they implemented various strategies to drive developer engagement and fostered one of the fastest-growing developer communities globally.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan held roles as the Principal Software Engineer/Technology Evangelist at Yahoo! from July 2008 to August 2011, where they served as the primary technology evangelist for Yahoo's identity and social products. Additionally, they were a Senior Web Developer at CBS Interactive from September 2006 to July 2008, focusing on fantasy sports product development.

Prior to their work in the technology industry, Jonathan worked as an Independent Software Engineering Contractor in the healthcare industry, leading web development and database administration projects for several non-profit organizations from May 2001 to June 2007.

Jonathan also gained experience as a Database Administrator at MACTEC from October 2005 to September 2006, where they developed custom web-based data tracking applications and worked on environmental monitoring projects. Earlier in their career, they served as a Web Developer at Health Canada from September 2003 to January 2005, handling software development and project management tasks.
