Leah Catania

Leah Catania's work experience includes serving as a Content Strategist at TraceLink since June 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Technical Writer from October 2018 to June 2021 and a Technical Writer II from June 2017 to October 2018 at the same company. Before joining TraceLink, Leah worked as a User Assistance Intern at Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit from May 2016 to May 2017. Leah also served as a Teaching Fellow - Technical Communications at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from September 2015 to May 2017. Leah gained experience as an Editorial Intern at Roger Williams University Public Affairs from June 2013 to May 2014. Leah was also the Managing Editor at Mount Hope Literary Magazine from September 2011 to May 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Writing Center Tutor at Roger Williams University Center for Academic Development from September 2010 to May 2014, and as a Contributing Writer at Roger Williams University Library from September 2013 to December 2013.

Leah Catania received their education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Professional Writing from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Roger Williams University from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Creative Writing. In addition to their academic degrees, Leah has obtained several certifications. Leah became a Certified MadCap Advanced Developer by MadCap Software, Inc. in 2019. In 2018, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they hold a Massachusetts Equine Riding Instructor License granted to their by the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources in 2012.
