Senior Manager, Global Technical Support at TraceLink

Ranjeet Singh has extensive work experience in technical support and management roles. Ranjeet most recently worked at TraceLink as a Senior Manager, leading the Global Technical Support team and implementing an employee onboarding and training program. Prior to that, they were a Manager at TraceLink, where they built the Global Technical Support organization from scratch.

Before joining TraceLink, Ranjeet worked at Equifax as a Senior Operation Specialist, collaborating with different business groups to improve system efficiency and manage vendors. Ranjeet also worked at Standard Bank Group as a Software Engineer in Production Support, where they created technical specifications and resolved issues by interacting with multiple teams.

Ranjeet's previous experience includes working at Bigtree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Tech Support Engineer and at Sybase as a Senior Technical Support Professional II. Ranjeet started their career at Weblogix Pvt Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, providing support for a web hosting platform and effectively resolving customer issues.

Ranjeet Singh completed their primary and secondary education at St. Anthony's High School, where they obtained their SSC degree in Science. Ranjeet then attended Viva College of Arts, Commerce, and Science, where they pursued their HSC degree in Computer Science from 2004 to 2006. Afterward, Ranjeet enrolled at the Late Shri. Vishnu Waman Thakur Charitable Trust VIVA Institute of Technology at Shirgoan Post Virar Tal Vasai Dist Thane, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from 2006 to 2009.

To further enhance their skills, Ranjeet pursued a Diploma in Software Engineering at NIIT in 2010. The following year, they enrolled in the Asian School of Cyber Law and obtained a Diploma in Cyber Law, focusing on Cyber Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Ranjeet has also obtained several certifications. These include "Leading a Customer-Centric Culture" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "Managing Resources Across Project Teams" from LinkedIn in January 2019, and "Service Metrics for Customer Service" from LinkedIn in December 2018. Ranjeet also acquired certifications such as "Achieving Your Goals," "DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile," and "Innovative Customer Service Techniques" from LinkedIn, all obtained in December 2017. Furthermore, Ranjeet completed a course titled "New Models of Business in Society" on Coursera in October 2013.
