Shahbaz Inamdar

Shahbaz Inamdar has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Shahbaz started their career as a Trainee at Infosys in October 2014. From there, they progressed to the role of Operations Executive, where they handled tasks such as order entry, service activation, and tracking using Microsoft Excel. Shahbaz also gained experience in technical support, resolving client issues related to passwords, accounts, and Microsoft Outlook. In 2017, Shahbaz became a System Engineer at Infosys, working as a Waves Project Manager in the Network Transport Provisioning team. Shahbaz'sresponsibilities included managing network transport provisioning and service activation for wavelength orders, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customer care managers. In 2018, they joined Concentrix as a Senior Technical Advisor, specializing in server support and networking related issues for technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and more. Shahbaz was proficient in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network components and conducted network trace analysis using Microsoft Network Monitor. Currently, Shahbaz is working as an Information Technology Support Specialist at TraceLink, a position they started in January 2020.
