Steven Connolly

Steven Connolly has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Steven is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at TraceLink, where they lead a team responsible for worldwide sales, marketing, and business operations recruiting. Prior to their current role, Steven was the Global Head of Recruiting at Dotmatics. Before that, they worked at TraceLink as the EMEA Principal Recruiter. Steven also has experience at Gartner as an EMEA Senior Recruiter, and at Venn Group as an Executive Recruitment Consultant.

Steven Connolly received their Bachelor of Applied Science degree (B.A.Sc.) from University College Cork, which they pursued from 2004 to 2007. Steven then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree (M.A.) in an undisclosed field of study, which they completed at the same university from 2007 to 2009.
