Sudeshna Chakravarty

Sudeshna Chakravarty has work experience as a Technical Support Engineer at two different companies. They started working at VMware in July 2019 and worked there until August 2021. At VMware, Sudeshna was responsible for providing technical support and had skills in Virtual Machine Management and ESXi Host Management. They were also VCP Certified and had strong problem-solving abilities. Sudeshna then joined TraceLink in August 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they had excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various technical formats such as XML, EDI, and CSV.

Sudeshna Chakravarty's education history begins with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Savitri Bai Phule Pune University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Sudeshna then pursued a Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2021 to 2022. Following that, Sudeshna completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Liverpool Business School in 2022.
