Tom McJury

Tom McJury has extensive work experience in program and project management, consulting, and business transformation. Tom has held roles such as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at TraceLink, where they were responsible for customer engagement, professional services, solution discovery and design, systems integration, and issue resolution. Prior to joining TraceLink, Tom worked as a Principal Consultant at ROC IT Solutions, where they provided track and trace services to the pharmaceutical supply chain. Tom also has experience in business transformation and customer success at Xerox Corporation, where they served as the Director of Business Transformation and the Customer Success, Retention & Post Sale Revenue Manager. Tom's earlier roles at Xerox include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Operations Controller / Finance Manager, and Program Manager-Sales Process & Productivity. Before joining Xerox, Tom worked at XESystems, Inc. as a Manager, leading ERP implementation and supply chain initiatives. Overall, Tom's work experience showcases their expertise in driving process improvement, ensuring compliance, and delivering results within the life sciences and technology industries.

Tom McJury holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, which they obtained from the State University of New York Cortland from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they pursued non-matriculated MBA courses with a focus on Information Technology and Economics at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School from 1991 to 1992. Throughout their career, Tom has also acquired various certifications, including DSCSA Specialist from TraceLink in April 2023, TraceLink Administrator Certification from TraceLink in December 2019, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC) from Xerox in September 2012, Lean Six Sigma DMEDI in July 2012, and Six Sigma Green Belt from General Electric in August 2006.
