Mona Rassouli is a distinguished technology leader with extensive experience in blockchain and cloud engineering. As the Founder and CEO of Haptics DAO since October 2022, Rassouli has spearheaded innovation in decentralized technologies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Tracer Labs since June 2025, Rassouli contributes to the Linux Foundation's Decentralized Trust initiative as a community member. Previous roles include a Senior Fullstack Blockchain Engineer at OneOf, where Rassouli focused on self-sovereign identity solutions, and work with various organizations such as Deutsche Bank as a Distinguished GCP Cloud Engineer. Rassouli holds dual degrees from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Biomathematics.
