Michelle Stock

Michelle Stock has a diverse work experience in business development, marketing, and consulting roles in the photonics industry. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Sales for North America at TracInnovations. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development and Marketing Consultant at mlstock consulting. In 2020, they held the position of Sr. OEM Business Development Manager for North America at TOPTICA Photonics, Inc. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Line Management at MACOM from 2017 to 2019. Michelle also has experience in volunteer work as the initial Chairperson for the Michigan Photonics Industry Cluster at Mi-Light. Michelle was the Director of Business Development at Norlase and Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Arbor Photonics. Michelle started their career at IMRA America, Inc., where they held various roles including Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and Technology Transfer Engineer/Member of Technical Staff.

Michelle Stock earned their Ph.D. from the University of Michigan between 1990 and 1994. Their field of study during this time was ultrafast optical fiber lasers.
