Nisha CM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management and customer relations within the logistics sector. Currently serving as the Delivery Management Cell-Head at TRACKON COURIERS PRIVATE LIMITED since October 2015, Nisha oversees all B2B and B2C last mile operations in Kerala, managing a team of over 300 members across 44 branches and 150+ franchisees. Previously, Nisha held the position of Customer Relations Manager, responsible for fostering client relationships and leading a regional CRM team. Prior to this, Nisha worked as an HR and admin executive at Reachon Fastbuz, focusing on franchise organization and branding.
