Ozhen Minashy

Ozhen Minashy has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2008. Starting at Cisco Systems as a Component Engineer, they then moved to Tenergy Corporation where they held the positions of Technical Sales Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Product Support Engineer. In 2014, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at Naprotek, Inc. Ozhen then moved to V5 Systems where they held the positions of VP - Product and Program Management and Sr Director - Program and Project Management. In 2021, they became a Sr. Product Manager at Lam Research and is currently a Sr. Technical Program Manager at a Venture Backed Stealth Startup.

Ozhen Minashy holds a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University in Business Administration and Management (MBA), a Master of Science - MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering/Engineering Management (MSE) from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Jose State University.
