Kristian Fuglsang Nørgaard

Kristian Winfeld Nørgaard is an experienced leader in customer support and technical operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Support at Trackunit since December 2018, overseeing multiple EMEA Tech Support teams across Denmark, Germany, France, and the UK/Ireland. Prior to Trackunit, Kristian held various positions at Bredbånd Nord A/S from March 2012 to October 2017, including Team Lead for TechSupport and Afdelingsleder, where responsibilities included daily operations coordination, employee performance management, and incident handling. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Telenor, focusing on technical support and customer service for both Business and Private clients. Kristian holds a Customer Service Excellence Certification from Westergaard A/S and an STX degree from Nørresundby Gymnasium og HF.
