Frederico Silvério has held various positions in the engineering and marketing fields since 2011. From 2011-2017, they were a Management Analyst at RS Industria e Comércio de Cosméticos and a Gerente de Endomarketing at PJ Consultoria e Assessoria. In 2016, they worked as an Infrastructure Intern at BH Airport and as an Estagiário at FAN CLIMA AR CONDICIONADO. From 2018-2021, they were an Acceleration Leader and Acceleration Agent at SEED - Startups and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development, a Senior Sales Consultant at Cargo Sapiens, and a Sales Account Executive at Reev. Frederico Silvério completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais between 2010 and 2016. Frederico also completed an Exchange (master) program in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente between 2014 and 2015. In addition, they obtained three certifications: Outbound Marketing & Sales from Outbound Marketing in June 2020, Innovation Associate (level 1) from the Global Innovation Management Institute in August 2017, and Innovation Master (level 2) from the Global Innovation Management Institute also in August 2017.
